Troubleshooting IBM compatible (Win 3.11, 95, 98, Me, NT 4.0, Win2k) Macintosh (Virtually all models, OS 7.1 and up). Troubleshooting both software (OS or application problems) and hardware problems on both platforms. HPUX terminal and sysop experience; managing printing to multiple printers and backups. Troubleshooting and repairing printers, dot-matrix, laser, inkjet from a variety of manufacturers, (HP is a favorite). Helping out on the University's Help Desk for students, faculty and staff. Dealing directly with the primary user of the machines to determine what problems are occuring and proceeding from there to solve the problem on the machine(s) involved in afore mentioned tasks.
